Calyx Brands started as the Cannabis Rep Network (CRN) in 2015 to help brands get their products into more dispensaries for a fraction of the cost and time of building a sales team.
In March 2018, Calyx Brands was acquired by Nutritional High International (CSE: EAT; NASDAQ OTC: SPLIF), a leader focused on developing, manufacturing, and distributing products and nationally recognized brands in the marijuana-infused products industry.

Ken brings more than 15 years experience in cannabis and consumer packaged goods across a range of operational leadership roles. Most recently, Ken served as VP, Operations for Kurvana, one of the largest manufacturers of cannabis products in California. Prior to joining the cannabis industry, Ken worked with beverage industry leaders at Young’s Market Company, Gruppo Campari, Treasury Wine Estates, and Anchor Brewers and Distillers providing him broad perspective of manufacturing, brands, and distribution.
Bethany has led sales for Calyx since its founding in 2016. Prior to joining Calyx, Bethany ran global sales and marketing for Juice Beauty, where she managed all global retail partners including Sephora, Nordstrom, Ulta, HSN and Whole Foods. Bethany also served as Account Executive for Puig Prestige Beauty where she oversaw the Sephora business and was responsible for the launch of Prada Fragrance.
Along with Chairman David Posner, Adam founded Nutritional High International. He is also Co-founder of Foundation Markets, a Toronto-based investment bank and exempt market dealer. Adam is also a Partner in Fogler, Rubinoff LLP, and a member of its securities law group. Adam is a Board member of Aurora Cannabis, Inc. (NYSE: ACB) and Harborside, Inc. (CSE: HBOR)
Billy founded Peloton Pharmaceuticals, where he designed, developed, and deployed a nearly autonomous grow system that mitigates labor and reduces cost. His experience in operating marijuana companies includes founding The Union Collective, a successful delivery dispensary; Capstone Analytical, one of the first Bay Area thin layer chromatography testing facilities; and Temez Extracts. He also pioneered a patented water conserving technology that eliminates water change outs.
David brought “Hempen Gold,” the first hemp-infused beer to Canada. He also imported and created marketing and branding initiatives for various other alcoholic products in Canada. Previously, David was Acquisitions Manager for Stonegate Properties Inc. where he managed real estate and brokered deals in Canada and US.
Mike is a seasoned senior executive with over 20 years experience managing all aspects of operations, finance and long term strategic planning for a number of large- to medium-size companies. Prior to joining Nutritional High, his last 10 years were focused on the wine and spirits industry, where he served as CFO/COO at Clos Du Val Winery, Bounty Hunter Wine and Spirits, Cameron Hughes, and Coppola Wines. Mike worked for six years in public accounting at Deloitte NYC for audit clients in the financial services industry. He is a Certified Public Accountant.
